IOTC Miniature Pull-Out Telescope, Golden Brass (BR 48256)

It is small (6" extended as described; 3" collapsed), I admit, but it makes a perfect desk curio and conversation piece.I bought the first one and it focused clearly. I do not know why anyone is complaining about not being able to focus it, maybe they are unfamiliar with telescopes.... they have to be fully extended.The box is well made, sturdy and attractive.And here is NO stinky smell.I liked it so much that I bought a second, and I am buying more as stocking stuffers.The price is perfect for the size and function.I am disappointed with other companies that charge twice as much and more. They are scalping the public.This company charges an honest price for an honest (and functional) product.. I paid $6 for the first one and $7 for the second.I call that "The Sweet Spot"

Such a cute present for my best friends 5 year old little boy. Its small but it was the favorite present at christmas and the kids all fought over who got to play with it next! I bought a pirate coin that i placed in the box. It comes w a very nice little wooden box and was much better quality than i expected for under 10 bucks. I wish i had taken pictures but the boys loved it. It is a classic little toy that the kids feel is grown up and mom says she likes it because it is small enough to throw in her purse and she hands to him on car rides and when they go out..

Absolute garbage. Arrived with the eye piece partially broken off. Broke completely while removing from box.

I got these small telescopes for the grandkids but returned them. They are SO small and although they do magnify for you, it is so tiny that you can't really see much. I didn't think the kids would use them once they tried it. Sorry. It is made very well and the wooden case is wonderful.

You just cannot beat the price on this thing. You really can't see that far but it helps my son to close one of his eyes and get used to it to prepare for his telescope. It looks as if it costed way more than that. Its very cute and unbelievably affordable.

These were purchase for children as gifts. They were excited and seen overjoyed upon receipt.

My husband's remark was "these are great ... how much did you spend?"When I told him $7.00 each, he said, "no way....they work great and are solid.": -)The wooden box is awesome also.Our 4 year old grand daughter kept putting jewels in and out of the box.I would purchase again.

I got this for my 3 year old nephew and he loves it! The little box that it comes in is cute and he loves putting it in and taking it out. Also, the telescope feels sturdy and it magnifies pretty well. Definitely worth the price!
