Top tier
I’ve tried a lot of protein powders, but Equip’s Prime Protein in Vanilla has really set itself apart. It’s made with beef isolate instead of whey, which means it’s much easier on my stomach—no bloating, no heaviness, and it digests cleanly after workouts. The vanilla flavor is smooth, not overly sweet, and mixes well with just about anything—water, almond milk, or blended into a smoothie. I especially like that it doesn’t have that chalky texture you find in a lot of protein powders. It’s versatile enough to use post-training or even for baking high-protein snacks. From a performance standpoint, it gives me exactly what I need—high-quality protein that supports muscle recovery, strength, and lean muscle growth without any junk ingredients. I also really value Equip’s transparency in sourcing: clean, grass-fed beef protein with no fillers, gums, or artificial flavors. As a hybrid athlete balancing HYROX, CrossFit, and endurance work, recovery is everything. Equip Prime Protein has become a daily staple for me, and I genuinely notice the difference in how I feel and perform. If you’re looking for a clean, great-tasting protein that’s easy to digest, the vanilla Prime Protein is a no-brainer.

Acne Safe Protein Powder!!
Best Protein Powder I have tried!!! Easy to blend into coffee, smoothies, matcha, and to cook/bake with. I never have any clumps, which is my favorite thing about this protein powder. The vanilla flavor is not overpowering but tastes very natural, but not too sweet. Additionally, this protein powder does not break me out similar to other Whey Proteins. Definitely acnes safe. Highly recommend this powder!!!!!

Best Protein
This vanilla protein powder has quickly become a staple in my daily routine. The flavor is smooth and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to mix with water, milk, or in smoothies. It blends well without leaving clumps, and the texture is creamy without feeling heavy. I’ve noticed it’s gentle on my stomach compared to other protein powders I’ve tried. The quality of ingredients feels solid, and it keeps me full and energized after workouts. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a clean, reliable vanilla protein.

Worst protein powder I’ve tried!
Okay so I want to start by saying that I am a very optimistic/positive person by nature so it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. BUT I feel that it’s necessary because of the overall good rating on this protein powder and I want people to know that there are more opinions out there on this. I used to drink the Gold Standard vanilla whey, have tried a pea protein one… and on my quest to have more natural ingredients in my life, I recently tried NAKED and then Prime Equip. I was so excited to try this one because I’d heard good things and I love the simplicity of the ingredients. The package arrives on my porch, and I’m so excited so I run out and grab it and tear open the package. The smell is overwhelming. It’s smells like vanilla cake batter but like a very chemically processed smell along with it. I wasn’t going to judge solely off smell though. So I put some in a glass with milk and used my handheld frother to mix it up. HOW do people get this mixed in? It’s sticky on your hands/everything it touches, and it doesn’t break down in a blender bottle or with a frother. Which is a huge convenience factor for me. It’s super chunky and after it’s mixed in (even with the nutribullet, which is what I would recommend), it separates to the top and gets chunky again. I’m so disappointed. I got the chocolate and the vanilla, and the chocolate taste is better than the vanilla (which just tastes like straight chemicals I don’t know how). But they’re both pretty bad. For the price of these, it’s a real bummer that you can’t return them. A sample packet would be nice to be able to taste test in future but overall I’m really disappointed and would not recommend this protein powder.

Cleaner Protein with Good Flavor
I was a bit nervous to try a new protein powder, but I was pleasantly surprised that this one didn’t taste as chalky as some I’ve tasted. Still a bit chalky if just adding to water for a shake. Versatile: This a good one to add to baked goods, coffee, or to a recipe to up the protein. The vanilla and sweetness is just the right amount. Still a bit pricey for me, but I use this a few times a week for the extra protein and the ingredients seem pretty clean and my gut didn’t react poorly to the sweetener.

Easy natural limited ingredient source of protein
So far I'm quite satisfied with this protein powder. Looking at many other options, this product has the least number of ingredients compared to many others I looked at, and the ingredients are organically/naturally sourced. I prefer beef collagen protein over whey and unlike what other reviewers have said, this does not even remotely smell like beef. I put one scoop in my first morning coffee; I usually have 2-3 cups daily. I use a frother vs a spoon to mix, and have no issues with clumping like other reviewers mentioned..it actually looks like a cappuccino. It is a bit on the sweet side, but if it really bothered me I would just do half scoop in each cup. For context I'm using the vanilla flavored. Price point is a bit steep, but then again anything natural/organic usually is.

Great protein powder for smoothies
There are so many mid reviews on this protein powder, Idk why! It is pretty strong vanilla smell and flavor but the ingredients are incredible and I blended it into a smoothie with some berries and it tastes like a milkshake (even with unsweetened Keifer added you can’t taste it at all). I don’t personally mix the powder with plain liquid though so I can’t comment on that. Great option if you are avoiding whey but don’t like the grainy texture of plant based options.

Vanilla flavor is terrible
The flavor is dog, like I don’t know if they put amaretto flavoring or something because it has this sour, nutty taste that overpowers literally anything you mix it with. It has a fine texture and doesn’t give me any stomach issues when I find the willpower to eat a serving, but overall go for a different vanilla flavor protein powder because all the reviews saying it’s good are lying.

Clean protein with no additions or fillers
This is rich in collagen as it’s naturally derived out of beef. You get the complete protein profile of all amino acids and nitrogen to lean out and build a dense muscle. I preferred chocolate flavour but vanilla is also not that bad.
