I'm not familiar with those kind of flies but I have a few rather large flies that have been caught on these traps... They are very sticky so I'd say yes I would think so... **Q: Will these be effective for my Japanese maple I have potted?** A: I have used them for different potted plants so I think they should work for the Japanese maple. You may need to use more than one depending on the size of the maple. **Q: When will these excellent traps come back into stock?** A: Ask Amazon. Their buyers need to put more effort into finding good suppliers. 🤣 **Q: Can you still mist/spray your plants. or will the moisture render then inafective !** A: I reckon you could still spray them and the yellow sticky traps would still work. They are very sticky and I’ve trapped loads of fungus gnats which is very satisfying ## Frequently Bought Together - Super Ninja Fungus Gnat Sticky Traps - 10 Pack, Effective Gnat Sticky Traps, Yellow Plant Fly Sticker, Non-Toxic & Nature-Friendly, Lasts Up to 3 Months - Baby Bio Houseplant Bug Killer Ultra - Fast-Acting Bug Killer Spray - Effective Insect Control for Houseplants - Protection for Houseplants, 1 Litre - By Bill & Ben, Anti Gnat pot topper with added fertiliser.
