Nice to have a mix instead of five or more more different packages.

I use this stuff for my homemade granola and it is delish. they bake very nicely in the oven and add a great taste and texture to the granola. It's great for toppings on yogurt with fruit. It doesn't taste salty and I plan to continue buying it when I make my granola. 1 pack makes 6 full batches of granola.

Completed this maybe in 3-4 weeks, since we almost used it regularly. And yes, it has all the seeds which is great

Use the product with my husband's morning cereal mix, only problem is, that the product takes for ever to get here...

Not expired, but clearly not fresh. The seeds smelled stale and cardboardy, like old biscuits from a long-opened packet

Never buy this product. It took more than a month for this item to be delivered. Because it’s origination is from India if I’m not mistaken, we don’t know if is safe to eat. If I had known this product is from a foreign country I would not have bought it.

This mix of seeds is a good snacking option specially if you are on the fat loss journey. Recommended. It helps to keep 4pm snacking hunger at bay.

Taste enough to be eaten eaw. But eat chia with water only.
