Easy to learn...you can kick with them...good for beginners....
Looks good had some fun...sticks are easier then pads..so it fun for beginners like me and my nephews....

Great to increase speed and reflexes.

They can hurt if you swing too hard.
These are nice training tools, but you have to be careful not to hit your training partner too hard because they will feel it. The sticks have some padding, but it’s dense and can cause injury if swung too hard. I recommend using pads when training with these sticks.

Excellent!
As a long time martial artist I have had shoulder injuries and holding pads can make them worse. These sticks help take away the pain when holding for students punching!

Sturdy, if a bit unforgiving when used to the head of students
Good for fast glove work, but as someone else pointed out, it’s a bit harsh to wack your students with in the face. Definitely worse then getting booped with a mit to the face.

Sturdy, maybe but far to short for real usage
Tried it once with my coach - put it aside and bought another one. In other words, waste of money. The sticks are too short for what they supposed to achieve: speed and reach.

Good for the Price, quality not the best but...
Foam Breaking internally near Handle. It's nice, FYI it's not really suitable for kids as all my kids were complaining that they hurt when I hit them on the arms and legs. It's fine, it will make them stronger, but don't think these don't hurt cause they are padded. It does! Other than that they are good. But again, the foam is breaking internally by one of the handles where you grab it. Thanks!
