Do you have vegetarian plans?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Most of the products within our plans  on Amazon are vegetarian friendly. For this particular one, the only non-vegetarian product would be our Chicken Noodle Soup, which does have chicken flavoring. Our 2 Week Basic Plan is completely vegetarian-friendly. Thank you for reaching out to us! I am happy to help. When following the Core Plan the calories will differ between men and women. The women's Core will have approx 1000 calories, while the Men's Core will have approx 1500 calories.

What is the difference between core as nd premium?

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding our Meal Plans. The chief difference between our three meal plans is the number of our portion controlled meals you will have in a day's time. While each of our plans incorporate THREE of our Meal Replacement shakes and one bar or snack, the Core and Premium include more of our meals and fewer grocery options.
With the Premium, we would provide you with 7 portion controlled meals and you would be responsible for preparing only one healthy meal (typically dinner).

With the Core, we would provide you with 5 portion controlled meals and you would prepare one full dinner, along with some extra sides (fruits/veggies) throughout your day.

With our plans, we will incorporate our portion controlled meals along with healthy grocery servings.  The extra servings of fruit/vegetables and other grocery items are included, providing important fiber and other nutrients. It also helps teach portion control.
