This spark plug makes my Predator - 212cc engine run very hot compared to a standard spark plug, is it normal to gain 30+ temps using this plug?

It can increase the heat of the engine if you only have stock parts, and could overheat it. I have a bigger fuel jet to let more fuel in, odd as it may seem, more gas cools the engine. These plugs burn basically all the gas that goes in, thus it will get hotter. I would recommend a larger fuel jet, mine hasn't overheated since I got one...Gives a noticeable amount more power as well (Gave my 500 pound go kart 10mph more speed). ;)

Does it increase horse power

It’s more about slightly increasing compression do to plug design lowering the cc’s in the head! It’s true!

works great with 212 predator hemi/non-hemi. great for if you have a longer connecting rod + piston head setup like me so the spark plug doesn't hit the piston head. very easy to install and no more gapping the spark plug. gives a strong spark to all four corners of the plug. have a few of them now and will continue to buy them in the future.

Worked well - bought these in bulk for a kart racing weekend. I change them out twice during the weekend of hard racing because I do not want to be that parent that can't get their kid's kart started when it's go time!
