Ich bin wirklich begeistert. Die Brote sind immer super. Der Teig ist einfach wirklich gut gemacht. Der Brotbackautomat schafft es den Teig immer irgendwie schön sämig zu rühren. Entsprechend ist der Brotteig nach dem Backen absolut homogen perfekt. Keine grösseren Luftlöcher oder irgendwelche Makel. Was ich ebenfalls gut finde ist, dass der rührer, also dieser propeller, wie ein stumpfes messer ist, dadurch schneidet es sich in 80% der Fälle durch den Brotteig sobald man das Brot aus dem Schüssel kippt. Das finde ich ganz praktisch. Ansonsten hat es relativ viele programme und einige gimmicks, wie Rosinen streuer oder hefe streuer, aber da ich meistens nur brotbackmischungen verwende, ist das mir persönlich relativ egal. Ausprobiert hab ich es aber und es funktioniert ansich auch einwandfrei. Hatten auch mal Kuchenteig zusammenrühren lassen, klappt auch ganz gut. Das Backergebnis ist übrigens auch gleichmässig, mit 3 bräunungstufen.
