I was a little nervous these would be flimsy but they are the opposite! They are very sturdy and well made, I'm sure they will last a long time. The measurements on each container are extremely helpful as well as the pamphlet that came with the containers that outlines suggested healthy foods for each food group. These are great for meal prep beginners like me to help keep me on track. Would definitely recommend them.

I like them, because I have a serious problem with over-eating. It helps me keep my portions under control. They work for measuring out your portions, so long as you put your food in separate containers if you plan to eat said food at a later time. They are not leak-proof as stated.

I had never even heard of the 21-day Fix Diet when I bought these; I was just looking for a way to better manage portion sizes without having to weigh food or dirty my measuring cups (I need those clean to do all my delicious baking of treats!). We don't even use these containers to actually store or transport food---we just use them to quickly measure out portions, dump the food on a plate or pack up for lunches, then rinse and leave for next time.I like the fact that the portion size is printed right on the lid of the container, since some of us in the family are tracking meals using different apps. Color-coding makes things way easier than remembering how much of a food you are allowed---as my husband jokes, "If it fits, I get to eat it!"If you are really dieting, these cups aren't going to be a magic bullet and are probably not exact enough for a very specific eating plan. But if you're just trying to cut down from supersized portions to appropriate amounts, these cups are pretty convenient to use. I've even used these to quickly load snack-size bags of fruit and vegetable snacks, which I keep in a big bowl in the fridge.

the tops dont stay on and i have had my meals in the bottom of my bag more than once, i suppose thats one way to diet.

My first set I got was colored the same as the 21 day fix set. I got this set for a family member so I could help her out. These are not the same color. On 21 day fix you have a purple for fruit. This set fruit is a yellow. They likely had to change it to separate themselves from the 21 day fix but I am less than thrilled. I wanted ones that match so it would make it easier in communicating. I won't be keeping these because it's just going to create more hassles than just finding a better set. I already have a tracking system, app, etc. that all march. I'd have to create a new tracker sheet as the colors no longer match. Yeah, it is my fault for not noticing but you should be aware before YOU buy.

I love these containers, it makes it so easy to pack the right amount of the right food to take with you in your cooler for lunches, or snacks for an outing. I am going to order a couple more while they are still available. I wasn't sure how I was suppose to use them for maintaining a maintenance diet, but I reread the instructions on how to use them with your diet and it finally clicked. Fast delivery too.

This is an excellent price for this handy portion control system. They arrived exactly as promised. Only slight disappointment is that I read a review that said these containers are exactly the same as the BeachBody 21-Day Fix set. They are exactly the same sizes, but not the same colors ... if that happens to matter to you. Otherwise, this is a good product and a great price.
