Product came very nicely packed in a box. I got a queen size, it is a perfect fit and so easy to fit on without stretching so much. Cool to the touch and doesn't get hot through out the night. What a game changer! Haven't try to see if it's truly waterproof (hope I don't ever have to). I put my faith in 3M scotchguard stain release tech.

This is not a pad, rather a cover. It has what appears to be a rubberized coating on the backside that is appropriate for waterproofing and antimicrobial protection. I don't see any cooling type of effect. We needed a pad, not a cover, but for those needing just a cover, this appears to be a good choice.

This protector does not keep me icy cold at night. My body temperature still warms up when I sleep. However, it helps to protect me from sleeping hot all night and kicking off the covers. It protects my mattress as well.

I didn't check if it's waterproof or not but bedsheets don't stay on this protector. There is no reason to keep it unless you have fitted sheets. I am gonna return it.

this moves alot under the fitted sheet, it makes noise and is not what I would recommend for a mattress protector, I gave it 2 stars because it does not make me hot so that is a plus
