Exactly what was described. Easy to install, had a chance to use and seems to work great.
Guides on a old Taiwan 14 inch bandsaw where the original diecast cheap parts had broken. Was not sure they would fit in the guides but work great. The saw is better than it ever was. Was going to scrap and purchase a new replacement but now consider this able to do whatever I need. Be sure you confirm size of opening for the installation. The bearings have a fairly large area to move for alignment and lock down well once adjusted. Good purchase.

Worked for AMT 14" Band Saw
I recently got a 14" AMT 4113 Band Saw from an auction. It was missing the guides and I really wasn't sure what was going to work for parts. Luckily these fit perfectly. I didn't have to do any modifications to the band saw. The bearings were a bit tricky to figure out how to adjust (I'm a band saw beginner). But I learned you have to loosen the side screw, then when you turn the screws on each of the bearings, they will pivot to allow you to adjust side to side and get the bearings closer together.Hope this helps if anyone else is looking for this. These parts aren't cheap so it's a bit of a shot in the dark to find replacement parts for a saw that isn't made anymore. I paid almost as much for these bearings as I did for the band saw, so I was a bit hesitant, but these things actually worked perfect.

Good design
Work well for my old hf bandsaw. Bearings are on eccentric pins for adjusting blade thickness.Made of zinc but very sturdy. Had to take a little off the back so that it fit my saw.

They work
I put these on a 14" Taiwan band saw from the mid eighties. The saw says CTT Tools on it, but my dad has a different brand which uses nearly all the same parts and is also from Taiwan, so it is reasonable to assume they're probably from the same factory. Both saws have cracked guide block holders, which are made of pot metal. It is much nicer to have these bearings instead of those crappy old block guides, so not only are these a suitable replacement for the broken ones, but they are a nice little upgrade too! There were a few minor installation issues on my saw, but the guides ultimately worked so I can't complain; just noting here for others. First, the slot that it fits into was vertically too tight to slide all the way in on the upper one, so a little filing of the slot was needed. Next, the screw clamp that goes across the top of the two bearings to tighten them down needs to be opposite of the thrust bearing, meaning the clamp screw must be on the bottom, which means the screw winds up pointing inward, which means the lower clamp screw is hard to reach. I had to sacrifice an allen wrench and hack saw it down so it was stubby enough to reach by a mounting frame. The alternative would have been to remove the blade again just to temporarily take out the guide and tighten the cam clamp. Finally, the thrust bearings are very close to the inner guide bearing and were interfering at first, but fortunately when I cammed it into the blade's position, it just barely missed.

Very nice, high quality guides.
Very nice, high quality guides. Adjustments are very precise. I have a 14" AMT (made in Taiwan). My saw cuts way better now. I had to mount the lower guide as far in as I could to get it so that the blade had about 1/8" stick out. I currently have a 3/8" blade but if I had a smaller blade there might be a small problem because the blade might not stick out enough. But I'd be able to shave off some of the housing to make them fit. No way I will ever put the old guides back on (one of them is broken anyway) so its totally worth it even if I have to do some small modification to make them work with a smaller blade. One other small issue had more to due with my saw then the guides but there is no indentation in the shaft where the set screw makes contact. This causes the guides to tilt slightly when tightening or loosening the set screw. The set screws on my saw are pretty small. I might drill and tap for a large set screw if this becomes an issue.

An Affordable Tracking Upgrade
Bought a pair of these for my Rigid 14" bandsaw. When I removed them from the packaging it took a few minutes to figure out how to adjust for blade width as the user instructions are spartan in guidance at best. The Allen head screws when loosened allow for adjustment with their cam eccentric design which is not immediately visible because it is hidden from view by the bearings themselves. I removed both sets of bearing assemblies to give them a shot of T9 lube as they were very stiff. I was able to easily adjust them with the Allen wrench in the socket and use it as a mini lever. With the blade in place, it was easy to do that way.Fit up into the saw required removal of the table and its mount to get the lower assembly in place. Not a problem and only required a few minutes extra time to do. Also had to permanently remove the lower blade guard door. Did not have to any kind of tweaking or filing. They fit in place like a factory replacement. Overall they are a nice add to my pastiche saw with its Powermatic riser block and Jet fence. Would recommend!
