How is the adhesion of the PEI surface?

The adhesion of the PEI surface is very good, it is easy to remove the print, bend slightly to eject the print immediately.

How about the stickiness on the matte finish PEI surface?

No problem. Great texture and reliable adhesion, this Creality PEI surface works great for small and detailed printing.

Do i have to use adhesive?

I use these with PLA and do not use adhesive. Like any print you must level your build plate and set the correct Z setting.
