Great tent
I wish the steaks were different. Other than that works pretty well. There is nothing to prop up the mesh so it kinda falls in. But still really great.

Set up is a bit tedious but overall good.
I haven't slept in it yet but it took me two tries to get it up correctly. You have to do like 6 stakes fir it to stand up and you must get ti square or the fly gets all wonky. Which was really hard on rocky ground where some spots were not stakeable. But it packs really well and the fly is connect which is nice.

Great lightweight, compact tent that can stand up to weather at 12,000ft
Stood up to wind (25-30 mph) and snow at 11-12,000ft in the Sierras last week. It is a great new addition to my backpacking gear!

This tent didn't perform as expected when opened to try it
This tent sides/walls tend to collapse some reducing the space around when laying down in it. Not comfortable to sleep in it.

Like sleeping in a shroud.! But incredible customer service.
After I wrote the review below Night Cat reached out to me to ask what they could do to make the tent better and to make my shopping with them better. They were very gracious and kind and truly concerned that their customers have the best. Hits tent seems to be well made, I just didn't like it, but it very well may work for others. I would like to recommend this company. Anyone who offers such good customer service is worth checking out.Yes this tent is lightweight and maybe all of these held up by your trekking pole type of tents collapse around you like a shroud, but I am not willing to sleep with the sides of my tent falling in on me all night. I don't know if it is water proof, but I suspect a brisk wind would cause it to fall over. Not, for me, thanks.

Used.
The tent is very nice and easy to setup, but it came in used, the tent was dirty and the ropes/wires were all messed up and looked old. It was also missing two stakes.

No instructions
The media could not be loaded. The tent seems to perform well in strong weather. It comes with literally zero instructions. We took it camping and were utterly baffled at how to set it up. There are no poles. You have to buy a collapsable walking stick or hang it from a tree, we found out. On Night Cat’s website there is an extremely short and not very informative video. We had to watch a couple more videos on YouTube to finally figure it out. But it does the thing once you can untangle to mystery of how to set it up. I only give it 4/5 because of it not coming with instructions.
