Does this potty come with a pee guard?

No it doesn't come with a pee guard. But you should be teaching your boy to hold his penis down also, he can also sit backwards so he is facing the frogs face so there is no pee mess.

What size is the opening? My slender 2.5 year old is too small for some other travel seats we've tried. Thanks!

It is being used with a very small 3 1/2 year old and there have been no problems. Airports private home and outside bathrooms. It’s been great!

What is the weight limit?

Not really sure, my toddler is 36 lbs and it fits pretty much any toilet.

How is this potty seat washed?

You can wipe the potty with wet cloth or flush it with water.
