I really think this brand of multi b vitamins is the best. I'm tried other, more expensive ones, but they don't seem to have the same effect. The niacin in this brand doesn't make me flush like other brands.

I like the NOW Supplements brand. It allows you to get a quality product at a good price (as well as a good number of pills for each bottle). This is a great source of B vitamins if you are needing extra of those. The only thing I would say about this product, is that is still uses folic acid as its folate. That's a no-go for me.

Now brand is the most absorbing vitamins that I know of. I’ve been using them for over 10 years the B 100 vitamin really started making me feel better! I think I was definitely liking in it because when I started taking it, I started feeling so much better. There’s no taste. It’s pretty tasteless and it’s a good value for the money for the size bottle and it’s just a capsule so it’s not too big of a pill to take.
