Can you use these with a bidet?

Is this product good to use?

It works really well however the chlorine was damaging to the silicone flap in the tank causing the toilet to run. Changing the silicone seal was easy enough, at which time I read a sticker in the tank saying t to use in-tank tablets. Regrettably, I stopped using the bleach tabs.

They recommend using in toilets that are flushed daily. i have a toilet that is not. what will go wrong if i use it anyway?
