How easy is this watch to set up? I find regular watches to be extremely difficult to figure out!

I am not that tech savvy at all but it was pretty easy to set up. Simple instructions. It took me approximately 10 minutes to set it up.

If I set count down to 12 minutes, it counts down to 0:00. In the reset will it automatically go back to 12:00m or will I have to reset from scratch?
