Wow! What a rip off! I wish I had read all the reviews before handing over my hard earned money for this piece of junk. DOES NOT WORK! I have tried all the troubleshooting, nothing matters. I keep getting the same message. I tried to “chat” with a representative to figure the issue out but their chat button just links you to your own Facebook messenger with no connection to the company. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS FOR PRODUCTS BUT I AM REALLY UPSET AND DON’T WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME.

It is easy to set up and the band is great to track your activity & progress. I like it has an easy-to-read display and is compatible with apple watch. All in all, I would recommend this band for anybody interested in a breakdown of their day-to-day body measurements

The Aura strap is a great idea, it has a lot of potential and could be great. However, the device is very half of the time doesn't work. Also, it's made only for Apple watch, so if you don't have an Apple watch then the Aura step will be useless. I like the fact that it can monitor my fluid intake and let me know whether I should drink more or if I'm reach goal, that is when it works. The strap does irritate my wrist so I can't wear it for long periods. Overall, the idea is perfect but the device and app needs some work.

I didn't like this watch it was hard to set up and it just came up after a while.

It’s a nice iwatch band but after a few weeks it wouldn’t do the measurements no more. I have to contact customer service and reset it.

This product is impossible to use. I was able to get it to work 1 out 10 tries max. (I have a PhD in IT so I should ok with tech). I made repeated attempts to contact customer service and they finally got back to me after several days by text (I requested a call so I could discuss possible issues)) with basically the same information that is on the website. I really wanted this to work (it was a b-day present from my pregnant daughter), but I finally gave up-they have a 15 day return policy !!!!! Scam city. I can't believe Amazon (I am a prime customer) sells this junk. Worst product I have bought in years.

The product flat out didn't work for me. I went through all the FAQs for my problem and nothing worked. When I reached out to customer support on direct sites and social channels no one ever got back to me.

Absolutely love! Very accurate and perfect for training yourself and others. Highly recommend to those who are into fitness
