Carpet Cleaning Wand 12" 2-Jet 1.5" Tube S-Bend With Glide Truckmounts

This is our second wand. Works great!

I do recommend putting a soft touch valve on like I show in the photo. The one it comes with will eventually wear out your trigger arm. You will leave the carpets a little drier without the glide but it makes your life way easier. Wand is super clean with a slightly lower profile than others that look like it. I have cleaned carpets with a truck mount for 20 years and I like this 1 better than anything else. Including my swivel that cost me $900. You may want a new handle at some point that is all plastic covered. The one that comes with it will work just fine but does have metal edges. You can't find a better wand for less than $1000 so even if you upgrade the value and handle it is still 1/3 the price.

Is actually the low profile wand very nice I noticed some reviews complaining that it didnot come with a glide or handle but my order was completely fulfilled. The glide was siliconed in place from the manufacturer so no extra cost or time to do that step yourself. The only thing I can say is that it is a little lighter duty than some other wands The stainless steel tube is noticable lighter guage than the wand I was comparing it to. That being said it is lighter to carry around and in reality it should hold up for many years. It also included nossle filters installed which I also noticed a complaint about. So in closing they definitely got the bugs worked out of the system and are shipping out quality tools ready to work.

Good sturdy equipment, and a good value

Very lightweight. I love the trigger too. Very little play and you don’t have to squeeze it much. The jets are closer to the carpet than most which makes the water hotter and more psi by the time it hits the carpet. Only thing I must say is I am not 100 percent sold on the glide. FYI you MUST put plumbers goop on it. There will be an air leak.

My husband bought this wand to use for his small business. The wand is junk! The middle of the mouth opening has started caving in and the head of the wand is so loose it’s falling apart. The seller won’t respond to messages to fix the problem considering there is a warrant on it that is about to expire. We have been trying to contact them for 7 months now to get this fixed. Amazon promised to refund us if the seller didn’t reply but that was 6 months ago and my requests for help still go unanswered. So we are now out the money for this horrible product and have to buy another one that is at least a 6 week wait time to get. I just don’t understand what happened to customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don’t waste your money!

The wand looks nice. Haven't used it yet because the clamp that came with it to connect the handle to the wand is too small so now I have to go to the hardware store hopefully find one that'll fit it or send it back.

Company or Amazon sent the wrong glide. The correct one was overnighted. After it was all put together. I used it on a job. It was definitely faster. Saved my back. You will want to use plumbers goop on the glide to seal the sides, front and back. Suction was amazing.
