Monitor XT35 High-Resolution Center Channel Loudspeaker - Black

I bought this to replace a Mission centre speaker that had finally given up the ghost. Being a Mission and Cambridge Audio fan, I was not sure about buying American speakers. I have a Dolby Atmos system and picked up some Bose cubes second hand for the surround at a bargain price and they sound perfect. I read reviews that say Polk are better than Bose for their Home Cinema speakers so I decided to give it a go instead of buying another Mission speaker. To say that I am pleased is a massive understatement. The sound quality is better than my old Mission, with speech being crystal clear, and the mid range and treble giving a perfect reflection of what is happening on the screen. I can't comment on the bass because my sub takes care of that. For £174 inc delivery, I would recommend this speaker all day long.

Very good speaker if you got a surround sound amp, when connected up it gave life In to my Dolby Atmos speakers in the ceiling. The sound is very good for movies.Only thing what annoyed me a paid over £230 for it the following week dropped to £179 couldn't believe it but that's life I suppose.

Quality product excellent price range 👌 fantastic sound

Bought this to go with polk floor standing speakers ,works very well with my set up.

This replaced my under powered centre speaker on my 5.1.2 system and the difference is night and day with clear dialogue and overall sound I tried it on atmos and I can hear a slight improvement. A nice solid unit and and well engineered. Happy customer.

Home Theatre system as never sounded so good Excellent purchase, Nothing negative to say....

Fab look and dialogue sound is superb

Just brilliant, excellent front speaker

I have been building a home system for the past couple of years with both new items when on sale from different sources and old speakers bought off of Marketplace all connected to a 7.2 Pioneer VSX 932 amp. With the exception of my 4 side and back speakers they are all Polk who has an awesome rep for being top end speakers! I bought this one to replace my CS 100 Polk speaker that I bought for $40 off the net and it sounded good. I bought this new Polk to replace it as Xmas gift to myself and it does not disappoint! Amazing sound quality and clear crisp voice sound from the speaker. I love the Atmos effect sound feature that I was looking for. I was looking for Atmos Height speakers to add on to the fronts but this idea works better… One of the reviews stated the unit was plastic but mine is solid and heavy wood which I am very pleased as a plastic box would lower the standards! I paid $500 for this speaker and that’s a lot but I am very happy with the sound coming out of it. It’s a good addition to my home system. I don’t see any good Polk surround speakers but my side and back Bose 101’s sounds amazing and they are small so not visible in my living room set up as hidden in the many plants my wife has! The only complain I have is the posts are too close together. I have big fingers and getting the wires around the bottom of the posts and holding them in place while tightening the posts is a challenge! The wires came off a few times till I finally got the post tight! I plan on using banana plugs if I can find them in my house… Overall excellent sounding speakers that will make any buyer happy watching any type of media from TV, to DVD, to B

Excelente sonido

Also habe ich mich an Polk heran gewagt. Gute Verarbeitung. Einzig das Holz ist empfindlich bei Kratzer. Hier solltet ihr vorsichtig sein. Also aufgebaut und meinen Denon Receiver zurück gesetzt. Also hier könnt ihr wirklich zugreifen. Da haben die Amis gute Lautsprecher hergestellt. Klare Empfehlung!
