I have probably tried about 5 pillows over the last few years. This is the only pillow that keeps my head now only straight to sleep on my back, but comfortable enough if I slightly turn my head to lean on it. The width is a bit short but it fits inside a standard size pillow case. It provides enough elevated support for my neck as well. It isn't too hard nor too soft either.

This is the best pillow I’ve bought so far in my life. I sleep so good now because of it.

This pillow was more expensive than it should be in my opinion, but it does help me remember to stay on my back while sleeping (mostly). I really dislike sleeping on my back and it has been a huge adjustment. While I will still sometimes fail, even with this pillow, it does help keep my head comfortable and straight while falling asleep. It does not cause neck or back pain for me and works about as well as I could expect. I use another pillowcase over the one provided, which of course fits oddly, but it protects it further.When using this pillow, I do not get the bad face wrinkles I would get when sleeping on my side or stomach, but more importantly for me, it is helping me keep my arms at my side. I have some arm tendon issues that have been agonizing over the last year, and my sleeping habits were aggravating them greatly. It is very hard to break old habits. This pillow has been a big help.I currently have several pillows I like and sometimes switch between them during the night. This is definitely the most useful at keeping my head aligned best, without lulling painfully to one side or the other. It allows you to be straight or slightly tilt to one side or the other for variety, if you feel the need to move like I do. Between this pillow and my adjustable bed to raise my legs and head slightly, I am finding sleep much less painful.

I am notoriously a side sleeper, face smushed in the pillow person. I’m 59 years old, and you CAN teach an old dog new tricks, with the right tools! I’ve had this pillow going on 3 weeks and wake up on my back as I layed down initially for bed. My eyes are NOT puffy, NOT swollen, no linen creases on my face. I routinely get Botox and I feel like I’ll need less now. Get this, my night time moisturizer is still on like I just applied it when I wake up. The only downside to that, is I’m getting a little acne because it stays stagnant and isn’t worn off with normal toss and turns. If I do turn on my side, that side of the face “floats” with the support of the architectural genuine that created the pillow. Your neck is supported on your back and sides . It’s super soft and relaxing. You rest your head down and it sinks in comfortably. I got the satin pillow case because it keeps my hair smooth until morning and not all “rats nest lookin”. I highly recommend this pillow, and for the side sleepers, you still can sleep on your side, sleeping on my back is new, but I have adapted . The way its designed is to support your neck and alignment. I love it! worth every cent!

Does not seem super high quality, I don’t expect it to last a long time because it isn’t very sturdy.It has helped me sleep on my back a little more the first two nights I have used it. I did also sleep with pillows tucked around me and under my knees. I got the small size and it still doesn’t really cradle my head. I can still turn and sleep on my side. It’s so flimsy/soft that it doesn’t really force me to stay on my back the way I hoped.It helped a little but I may still return it and try a dif brand.

I bought this in December 2018, about six years ago, to teach myself to sleep on my back for vanity reasons. (I failed bc I have nightmares if I sleep on my back. Go figure.) I discovered that it was really good for sleeping with the ice packs I use to keep migraines under control. With most pillows, the ice pack is on the pillow at the same level as my head, so my neck ends up at a terrible angle if I try to rest my temple on the ice. This pillow has space beside my head and is low enough to let the ice pack lie under my head; I switch off during the night depending on where the pain is. And if I need relief while reading in bed, the raised sides hold the ice pack in place against my temple.I discovered that I really don’t sleep well without it when one of my ice packs broke open and leaked gel all over the cover. I put the pillow and cover in the laundry room and slept with a regular foam pillow and ice pack. So uncomfortable for my poor neck. It’s taken me a few days to get around to washing it, but it turns out that that’s going to be simple. Submerge in lukewarm water with gentle detergent, rinse and press out the water until the water is clear, then air dry. Meanwhile, I’m here buying a spare cover so I don’t have to live without it next time.

This pillow feels wonderful. It’s been helping me to sleep on my back, and have less puffy eyes or skin issues in the morning. It’s a greatly soft but supportive, squishy memory foam. I love using it for not just sleeping but also sitting more upright in the couch in comfort. Not a good fit for the neck curve for me, I actually use it reverse and it works well. One issue is the satin pillow case. I washed it delicate cycle once, and it tore on the first try when I tried putting it back on. Unable to buy just the pillow case? Hoping to replace it.

Haven’t tried the pillow yet but the pillow case is ripped at the seam. Hoping to get a replacement.
