Great Addition to My Daily Routine
I really like this ground flaxseed. It has a nice texture and is easy to add to my daily meals. I usually mix it into my food, and I like that it is organic, non-GMO, vegan, and Canadian-made. I’ve also personally noticed some positive results since adding it to my routine, including what seems to be an improvement with some of my gray hair. Of course, everyone’s experience can be different, but I’m very happy with it so far. Overall, this is a product I enjoy using and would recommend to anyone looking for an easy way to add ground flaxseed to their daily routine

All good
I like it! It doesn’t taste “chalky “ at all.
