Hi Fremont! Thank you for your question. The 3M 34240 Semit-Rigid Plastic Repair requires the use of an applicator gun that properly dispenses the adhesives to mix appropriately. Q: How do you squeeze the glues out of the tubes? Does it come with something to push it out?

You will need an epoxy gun. It is similar to a caulk gun. Make sure you order it for your correct tube. (50 Ml.) Search 3M epoxy gun.

Q: Why can't I use polyester glaze on top of this and what happens if I do?

The 3M Semi-Rigid Plastic Repair, 34240 is a urethane base adhesive. Using a polyester filler or glaze over will cause reaction between the two such as delamination of filler/glaze and bubbling and failure of paint. We suggest using 3M™ EZ Sand Multi Purpose Repair Material, 05887 as a final finish coat over the 3M Semi-Rigid Plastic Repair, 34240.
