They went above and beyond to help me figure out what the issue was and, not only that, replaced it with a newer upgraded cloudifier that handles those things better at no charge! They sent me out the new on on a Friday and I received it by Monday afternoon. The CEO even talked to me to try and help me. Thank you so much to the Cloud company! You guys are the best and I appreciate your going above and beyond to help me! Review: The cloudlifter acts exactly how I was told it would. It boosts the signal of my MD-421 to a perfectly desirable level so that I don’t have to add any gain at all, eliminating any possible hiss. It seemed expensive, yes, but I’ll happily buy another if I end up with another dynamic mic that needs it. I was especially able to accept the somewhat high price by virtue of this package: an extra long XLR cable never hurts, and the headphones that come with are decent enough for monitoring purposes.
