Good flavor, easy on the digestive tract
The flavor is good, somewhat minty. I'm not sure how they helped since I only took it for a month or so.

Have to get over the taste
I find it much easier to let these dissolve in my mouth rather than chewing them. They do not taste very good, so be prepared! I do feel like my teeth stay cleaner overall; I have yet to notice any major effects on my breath. I have also noticed that within about 5 minutes of chewing, my sinuses feel clearer. Maybe I'll continue to see overall improvments with more time.
