Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent cord! I work in fields on base stations this cord keeps me out of severe weather and in my vehicle. I bought a second one for backup in case I lose the first.

Compatible with the Kat Walk C-- a consumer-friendly virtual reality treadmill/slidemill! My living room has the desktop and an open room for VR experiences, but I wanted to set up the Kat Walk C in my bedroom where space is already limited. The distance that the USB cable has to travel is about 35 feet from my desktop, around the living room, into the bedroom and directly into the Kat Walk C itself. I purchased this 50 foot USB cable because I didn't want to run into cable management issues and it works flawlessly so far. Whatever latency this cable might or might not have I really have not noticed it.

I bought some 3 foot Mutec active cables to connect other USB peripherals - they worked fine. These 10 footers ran very slow (I tested 2 of the 3, same result . The standard USB 3.0 cable the Mutecs replaced was getting 180-200 MB/sec! Needless to say, I was expecting way better.

This is the only one that works with my oculus quest 2. All the other cords lose signal even though the oculus launcher says it has a 3.5 gig connection.

Using this as an extension from my Workstation to my Desk. I LOVE IT!

Using this cable to connect a Logitech Brio 4k camera on top of a 65" wall mount display in small conference room. Did not need to plug the optional usb power supply cable into the display for additional power. The cam fires-up and works great just from the power provided from the laptop usb port on conference table.

Upon receiving the 10 foot / 3 meter cable, it is evident that this is not an active cable. It states "No Booster" on the package. The online description is completely inaccurate. Mutecpower, please be more accurate. You're wasting people's time and destroying the environment with unnecessary returns.

Have purchased three of the 15 meter cables in the last year and all are still working. Two for the Logitech Brio 1080/4k webcam that did not need the additional usb power pigtail plugged-in on camera side and one for the Vaddio Conference shot 1080 cam.
