Sol Beauty Premium 800 Milliliter Essential Oil Aroma Diffuser - Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier for Home, Office, Bedroom, and Bathroom - Up To 30 Hours of Use On A Single Fill

The Sol Beauty Diffuser is the second diffuser that I have purchased, with the first diffuser being a diffuser from InnoGear (it comes up as a top result when searching for diffusers on Amazon). I got this one because I was considering giving it to someone as a gift (they liked the diffuser I already had), but I wanted to see if it worked similar to the one I had before. I chose this one over the InnoGear the second time because I liked the form and shape and figured it would be more aesthetically pleasing. Having used it for a few days and being able to compare it to a more popular diffuser, I would say that it’s personally not my taste, but might be suitable to someone else. Some observations (with comparisons to the InnoGear diffuser):- The Sol Beauty Diffuser is big, much bigger than I had expected it. The water tank will definitely hold enough to last you a while before you have to refill it. The size was actually a drawback for me, since I wanted the diffuser to be small and not demand too much attention or space in a small bedroom.- The diffuser works great when trying to make a room smell nice in a jiffy. I personally use lavender or tea tree (you can buy sampler sets to see which ones you like). Unfortunately, I have noticed that after a while, the diffuser will continue making mist but no longer have a noticeable scent. This is a problem with the InnoGear diffuser as well but more apparent with the Sol Beauty Diffuser. You will need to add more oil for a room to smell nice for an extended period of time.- The Sol Beauty Diffuser has the option to cycle through various LED colors. The lights are soothing and don’t appear too bright for casual use. I would’ve liked the diffuser to have the option to choose a color, since I often like to sleep with the red light on using the InnoGear diffuser (all other colors are much too bright on both units to use comfortably when trying to sleep).That said, the Sol Beauty Diffuser looks pretty, both when the lights are on or off, and has a much better form than the InnoGear diffuser. I would recommend it if you aren’t too concerned about the points I brought up above.Note that in the pictures, the InnoGear Diffuser is on the left and the Sol Beauty Diffuser is on the right. As for the LED lights, they look much better in person.

This is a very pretty diffuser, a great size, but is dysfunctional. I have it sitting on top of a counter & the area where the diffuser sits gets soaked. This is because the mist does not go high up in the air. The mist goes up maybe less than a foot and then all the mist particles fall over onto the surface where the diffuser is sitting. This defeats the purpose of having an essential oil diffuser because you want the particles diffused in the air, not on your counter.When the company contacted me to make a review and asked me if I was satisfied... I told them no, what was going on & I was planning to return it. They did respond, but just send me a link on how to return it. Nice customer service huh! They know AMAZON will NOT let you return this!!!!Also after reading some reviews here I was wondering why I would hear it beep and then I would look & it would be off. There was still water in it & only been running a couple hours. I thought it was a fluke, but a few days have passed by & it does it quite often so obviously this is not just a fluke when othet people have had this issue. Not only does it not diffuse the mist high enough in the air, but it also shuts off randomly for no reason.YOU'VE BEEN WARNED :)Update:1/24/17After posting my 1st review I received an email from the company. I quote word for word part of the email.... "We believe the best way to go about this is to be honest and transparent with you. We feel it is important for you to know that we acknowledge a recent production run of these diffusers provided some units in the batch that are not up to our company’s standards. We would like to offer you one free replacement diffuser for your recent purchase experience in hopes of making this right for you."So I agreed excepted and they send me a replacement. It got here right away. Sadly it worked exactly like the first one. Yesterday 1/23/17 I received an email from the company asking me if I had gotten the replacement... I replied yes, very disappointed because it works exactly like the first one and that I would be making a video to show them. The last thing I want is for somebody to think I am lying. So today 1/24/17 ... I filled up both diffuser with water and some 100% pure essential oils... I go to turn them on and the 1st one starts diffusing, but the replacement the company sent me (that I had only used once) does not turn on. It blinks and shuts off. I will post a video on this review ... the one on the right-hand side is the replacement unit that this company sent me for free.So.... my conclusion.... Sadly these diffusers are defective. The company knows about it and they were hoping to make it right, but sadly that did not work. Maybe I just fot another one from their "bad batch". I have not heard from the company again after I responded to their email yesterday (1/23/17) telling them that I was upset that the replacement was no better, but hey at least they tried and they did send me a replacement. I really do appreciate it and I thank them for it, but it did not solve the problem sadly :(

There are SO MANY of these on Amazon and the major Essential Oil Resellers offer them for 5 to 8 times this price - which are not as functional as this product. Other reviews stated that there was moisture around the product, this could only be if they failed to seat it correctly and IS NOT THE STANDARD OF HOW IT FUNCTIONS. This does provide a steady stream for overnight and into the evening of the next day. I did not actually time it. The light can be turned off, or set on a color. The size is wonderful, and best of all is the QUALITY DIFFUSION OF ESSENTIAL OILS IN A COOL MIST just as described. There is, at times a very light and slight splashing sound but very slight. You will be delighted with this for the price, functions, durability (ok so I have had this for three days) and efficient diffusion. I have just ordered three more as we need night lights in the bathrooms as well as qualify lavender oil diffusion. Seldom have I been so pleased with a product.
