My Chiropractor recommended getting a lacrosse ball after an adjustment. After checking out different sellers, I went with this one. It seemed the best best price for what I needed. It works great for getting out knots in my back. I'm a stay at home dad and I tend to get a lot of knots lifting my daughter and being a jungle gym. Shipping was good. The seller emailed a list of YouTube videos and FAQ to assist getting the most out of the product. So this is definitely worth what you pay.

I workout regularly (both cardio and lifting) and, like most, have a desk job, and I have found this little set to be invaluable. Both of the black balls are sturdy with good heft (these things would leave a mark if you hit someone). The red spiked ball rubs the black balls when they're all in the carrying bag and gets that "burned" look, but it doesn't interfere with its functionality. That one needs a light touch because it will hurt if you push too hard or too fast. I have purchased a set for myself, a second for a gift, and suggested a third person purchase this set (and they did and love it!). Well worth the price.

I ordered these and then was told by my personal trainer that I should get them. OMG, these things were phenomenal!!!! I have had a pinched nerve in my right shoulder for 20 years, massage didn't help but this ball has made it much more bearable. I was not expecting the incredible results these simple balls would give, but I am so happy I purchased them!!!

Product is as depicted. I started using immediately & already feel improvements.... a ways to go, but It's a great deep massage therapy tool for targeting specific areas; working out knots & tight muscles. The only downside is your dog thinks you ordered a toy for him... might wanna order your pooch a ball from amazontoo ;)

I use these everyday. Mostly I use the lacrosse ball for chronic shoulder and glute tightness, but the peanut is great for the spine. Spikey ball is nice for feet too, I just dont use it as often. Worth the buy.

Bought 10 sets for my class. 2 stars because a) almost no information about how to use these (granted I teach these classes but for an average person there should definitely be more); b) the spiky ball is so squishy that it's completely useless. Returning.

Many options. Density is great. I use them often and as a massage therapist and aerialist, I also recommend them to clients!

I love that you get multiple balls in this set. I bike a lot and always have sore muscles. These REALLY helped.
