My GI said i could try peppermint pills for an unknown problem if I'd like. Wouldn't hurt. I don't have IBS, Crohn's, etc. I just have tummy problems as far as the labs etc can tell so far. I got these because they have the therapeutic value recommended by the studies done so far, aren't some branding nonsense, & are economical. (I think the therapeutic value was 90mg of l-menthol? Don't quote me). However i didn't realize these were GEL CAPS. if that's important to anyone else these aren't compressed pills - they're gels. Besides that I'm ok with them. I'm not sure if they work well for me because - gels. Otherwise great price, proper therapeutic value, etc. (Not sure if l-menthol though. I'm not a chemist)

I recommend this product for anyone in need of digestive soothing. As a vegetarian, I appreciate this product being plant-based. After taking it, you'll burp up peppermint, which is actually quite pleasant. In conclusion, I found this supplement to be a great natural solution for discomfort!

So I bought these thinking they were the gels by mistake. They do nothing for me.. couldn’t return despite being unopened (bought 2) sad face.. the gels are the only type I’d recommend

Peppermint supplement is good for the stomach therefore good for your breath. My son is at the age of being self conscious. I wanted to give him something healthy because he doesn’t have a breath problem. But also this can only help not hurt. I like to take these after a meal or when I’m just feeling a little blah.

This is a very solid purchase because it soothes digestive discomfort effectively. I love that it doesn't contain any dairy products. It's excellent for my digestion. If you're looking for a supplement to support your digestive health, this one's a good shot!
