I felt an almost immediate burst of energy. And then I also felt like I was sweating more than normal, which is a good thing. The flavor wasn't the best at room temperature so hopefully it's better when its cold. Small price to pay for the energy boost though.

I am not sure these shots are as good as another product I tried.I had some digestive issues after taking a whole shot at once. Then I skipped a couple of days and tried just taking smaller mouthfuls throughout the day..that seemed to help with digestive issues. As for improved clarity and energy I didn’t find this brand as helpful as the previous product I tried.

It actually has a very good flavor, until the weird aftertaste kicks in. Not a single noticeable difference in mood behavior performance sharpness anything really. It's snake oil and they got me. Lessons learned. Don't waste your money on this crap.

These give you just the right boost of energy needed but also help with cognitive focus and memory!!

Tried two on separate occasions and found no difference in memory and focus. While there was no spike in energy like I would get from energy drinks, coffee or soda, my energy didn't go down as quickly.
