Medium firm is right on target. very comfortable. absolutely no complaints.

Its almost plastic but its soft kinda like a yoga mat but super thin doesn’t get smells or stains trapped doesn’t rustle and protects my mattress from my baby spilling things. Cooling is okay doesnt stay cool but at least it feels cool when i first lay down.

This mattress a total disappointment. The cover felt like plastic but I decided to give it a try anyhow since several reviews said it cooled them down. Unfortunately it was anything but cooling… I was roasting in bed with this mattress cover on. I literally had to get out of bed 2 nights to cool down before getting back in. I tried it for several nights but eventually gave up. Totally disappointed and a complete waste of money!

Great mattress protector. The plastic fabric used doesn't make any noise during while moving around on the bed.
