No more sore toes
The insoles took a week to arrive. But worth the wait. They are excellent. I use them inside my new golf shoes which causes me painful toes. They are good arch support keeping my foot comfortable inside the golf shoes and relieve pain in my toes while playing golf. I have re-ordered two more pairs. Highly recommend this for sport shoes.

Perfect for shoes that are too big and uncomfortable
My heels were a size too big and there was zero padding so they were hard to walk in and painful. These insoles are thin but also thick enough that they make walking around all day more comfortable and also makes me shoes fit a little better since there's grip on them and it raises the instep of the shoe a bit. I can not wear my shoes to graduation, I would reccommend, I will buy more for my other heels. There is 2 gel cushion soles in 1 package, so only enough for 1 pair of shoes.

Soft as a dream
I bought a pair of heels and I noticed I don’t Completely fill them out (my feet are thin) and I out these bad boys in and they fit like a dream. Good price too
