I love this color and great quality. Long wear.

Please excuse my hand and nails. They're not perfect, but this is after having worn the polish for one week and 2 days. I've seen reviews on chipping, and I'm not sure what's going on, but personally, there has been no chipping. Though I did put two layers of top coat because I was worried of chipping, and here are the results of that: still beautiful! It's so pretty, this is now my new favorite polish and it is worth the high price tag. I did put on a base coat, then one layer of Sally Hansen's insta-dri polish (in black). Also in other reviews, people are sharing on putting more than one layer -- in my experience, just using one black layer helped a LOT. Just one swipe of this beautiful shade & it was already well-pigmented and shimmering. I could've stopped there, but I did but on another layer to see if there wa a difference, which there wasn't. So it was mostly to cover any spots Including the two top coats, there are 6 layers of polish in the pic, but I could get away with 5, 3 or even just the black and this polish together. But to avoid chipping & have a base coat, that's at least 4 layers. (This explanation is for anyone that adds a base and top coat, but doesn't want to have like 7 or more layers on a single nail.) I love how beautiful this color is and it does shine blue in certain lighting. It's pretty trippy looking at it a certain angle and you can see both colors at once...so if you close one eye at a time, then you can see each color separately.

Gorgeous color and staying power is excellent. Applied evenly onto nails, without gumming up or becoming too thick. The color shift and vibrancy was amazing, and I had no chips for at least a full two and a half weeks. First time buying this brand, and I will be looking into purchasing other colors from this line. Worth it.

Really like the polish so far. Pretty color and stays on well. However, the brush is way too wide. A great brush, just too wide. It holds too much polish making an even application difficult. Leaves a build-up on the tip of the nail, in the form of a ridge of polish. Have to let it semi-dry for a few minutes, then press it down which then leaves skin marks (fingerprints...) on the polish. This is the second time I've applied it. Did not try a 2nd coat the first time. Getting ready to put on a 2nd coat and will see if that goes any better. At this point, the color looks very much like the photo, but nails don't. Polish is just not smooth. Maybe the 2nd coat plus a clear top coat will help. UPDATE: 2nd coat + top coat did not help. Polish surface was too uneven for the topcoat to fill and smooth.

I got in couple days ago and needed my toes done. As I had just done my nails. Look great with or with out using a magnet. I did mine velvet ! Now super excited to wear on my nails soon too. I need to clean up my toes. But you can see how pretty

I LOVE the color of this polish. It looks just like it does in the pictures. You will need to apply at least 2 coats to get full coverage. However, out of the many nail polishes I've purchased over the years, this stuff takes FOREVER to dry. I recently ordered a few OPI colors in addition to this polish so I could do Halloween themed nails and the OPI polishes dry in 5 minutes. This polish takes at least 10-20 mins to set and then another full hour before you can touch the nail and not leave finger impressions in the polish. It might work great on fake nails if you paint them the night before you want to apply them, but for natural nails, this stuff is kind of a nightmare. I've had to repaint nails I thought were dry at least 8 times during my first application of this stuff. Additionally, for as hard as this stuff is to apply and get it to dry correctly, it chips SUPER easily (especially when compared to other similarly priced polish brands like OPI). I've had to re-do the tips of my nails every day or every other day since I applied it. I use Sally Hansen's Quick Dry top coat with all of the nail polish I apply and I also use Revlon's Quick Dry base coat and the only polish that consistently chips is this one. In summation: Color = A++ Application Time = F Durability = D+ Great color if you have plenty of time to apply it and only want to wear it for a day or two before having to re-apply/remove it.

I put on the first, thin coat and noticed it goes on very smooth. I was a little surprised at the color. It looked green. I put on the thicker second coat and it still looked deep green, like St. Patrick's day or Christmas. I held a magnet over it and it came out looking black and green, like the cats eye effect I was hoping for. I was a little disappointed that it did not seem to have the purples and blues that I expected when I ordered it. When I later went into the kitchen, suddenly it took on a gorgeous deep blue color. When I went into the next room it was a spectrum of colors from deep teal, to dark blue, to vibrant violet. All day, everywhere I went, my nails appeared differently. It is fascinating and spectacular. I'm not an expert at applying nail polish, but I now know for certain that the polish and the brush matter more than my skill. I don't seem to slop it around my cuticles and finger tips while trying to get the nail fully covered. It goes on and looks smoother than my natural nails. It is really nice. I need to experiment more with it and where to hold the magnet for different effects.
