Wow I love this thing! It’s like I’m getting a massage from a real person! I carry a lot of my stress on my shoulders/traps and get severe migraines because of it. This little neck massager is the only thing that hits the spot! My mom carries a lot of stress in that area too- I am getting her this little device for her bday to help relieve her shoulder pain. Make sure the metal pads are pushed down onto the skin to feel the full true effects! I wasn’t putting it on right when I first got it and it felt like I was just getting shocked by it. This is my go to device when I have huge knots on my neck and shoulders.

Update! This company responded quickly to my initial negative review. They refunded my money when it was not required. I appreciate this more than I can say. They have offered to ship a new item. I am considering this only because of their great customer service. This shows they have faith and confience in their product.This was an expensive item for it to only work thru 2 charges. I havent used it for a couple months after the initial "try it out phase" now it doesn't work. It heats up but does not provide electrical stimulus. So for $150 bucks it has barely had any use.... it is money down the drain. I have no way thru Amazon to contact seller because time frame? Very unhappy

The product was what we expected, but we returned the item not because anything was wrong with it. The item worked well and was all that it says it is. We have neck muscles issues and thought it would be very helpful. However my daughter (whose gift it was) who works on computers all day, became nauseated after each time she used it. After 3 tries with same result we decided it wasn't good for us. I'm not sure why this happened to her. She prefers a massaging type feel rather than TENs electrical impulse kind like this massager.

It is a very good quality but it didn’t help my specie problem so I returned it.

This product is very comfortable and the heat is the best feature. The electrical tens feature is not quite as enjoyable. It seems it depends on the individual and their needs. Mom likes the massage effect it gives on the upper neck where it is irritating for me. I don’t really feel the lower electrical impulses much but she does. On a regular tens device I have to turn the intensity way up to feel it as well. It would be nice to have a way to control the upper pads and lower pads separately.

I hate leaving a 3 star, but the remote stopped working after only 1 month of using! Yes I replaced the battery and charged the neck massager. I'm honestly sad because this really helped my boyfriend a ton with his chronic neck pain. I have found no way to contact the seller to resolve this and don't want to risk paying full price again for the same outcome.
