Yoga Meditation Buckwheat Bolster Pillow Cushion

The right amount of firmness! Feels nice to sit on without hurting your back. Looks just like the pictures and is a perfect size to move around.

This cushion is great. On top of a crate or small stool it makes a great ottoman or extra seat. This has made meditations much more comfortable whether I am on concrete or the floor in my house. Also great for playing on the floor with my daughter for long periods. The construction is top notch and embroidery work is beautiful and flawless. Love that the cover comes off for washing as well.Edit to add after several years of use: still in fantastic shape, washes beautifully when you remove the cover. Due to the construction it never really “loses shape”, just needs a fluff. Great bonus seat and has saved my back many a time from floor sitting with the kiddo. I would buy again, and plan to add a few more for when we have guests and run out of seating.

I was really surprised at home much I have come to love this pillow!When I first bought them (I purchased two in the teal lotus pattern), I thought they seemed a bit pretentious with their claims of supporting one's back in meditation and buckwheat shells; I just wanted a floor pillow for sitting in my room, after all, and so guests wouldn't have to suffer sitting directly on the floorboards.Y'all, these cushions have been such a game-changer.They're not soft, but they're going under you, so they don't need to be. What they are, is good at conforming to a shape and holding it; the buckwheat hulls (and I checked on receipt, mine both contained buckwheats hulls and not plastic beads as one reviewer had received) can be moved and jostled easily into place when you settle down, but unlike traditional pillow stuffing it holds its shape and doesn't collapse down or flatten the longer you lean against it. In addition to being great to sit on, they've proven themselves superior to sit against, the perfect corner cushion for when you wanna sit upright against a wall and need a little lower back support (I have two desks in my room, and one is a floor desk that I lean against my bed to use, so this has been invaluable).The covering can be removed to be swapped out with another case or washed, and the internal sack with the hulls opens so you can add or remove shells. (I think it's perfectly filled, but I like having the option.)Great product, great quality, and deserving of the price tag.

All I want in a product is for it to be what it says it is on its listing. A seemingly hard thing to find sometimes but this pillow really is fantastic and it's exactly as advertised!I just got it in today and it's the right size, color and shaoe, and as soon as I sat cross legged, I could feel the immense difference from using ordinary pillows.I have sciatica nerve issues from an injury as a teen. As soon as you sit on this pillow, it's firmness supports the lower back and the difference is noticeable immediately.I normally can't sit that way for very long and it makes Meditation difficult for me.So much thanks!The product is right, the design is right, the support for my back is right, and the PRICE was right!

When comparing online, a lot of buckwheat pillows had reviews saying it came with bugs. I was so happy to find this pillow with no bug reviews! I ordered 3 and love them (no bugs😄). They are a great size and lighter than my last one. The material is thick and well crafted. It’s a great height for floor sitting. I only just got it so it hasn’t been used much, but it seems to be very durable. My husband is 6ft, I am 5ft and my daughter is 3ft. We all enjoy them and find them comfortable 👍🏽

I found this very comfortable for my meditation practice. Seems sturdy, no residue coming out. The reason I have it 4 stars is because it's not 16 inches as you can see. But I'm keeping it.

I sat over 100 hours on this within a span of 2 weeks for a meditation course. It served me well, well-constructed and seems to be made of sturdy material, and I like the green color a lot. I did notice it became flatter quite quickly, maybe just a few days into my 10 hr/day meditation. that could just be the nature of sitting on a bag of buckwheat though.

i absolutely love the design on my meditation pillow !! it’s very similar to a bean bag texture but a bit more firm. the fabric is thick and nice quality. it’s also removable for when u need to wash it which is super convenient !! the height it gives is really nice for a meditation :) highly recommend !! namaste
