Does the bottom slope slightly so water can properly drain?

Not really but the water goes down the drain fine.. if I see that it is standing I swipe it with my hand

Can I install this as an undermount sink?

I don't believe this would be an easy sink to undermount because of the curved top edge. I may be wrong, though. It just looks like it's suppose to be exposed all the way around at the top edge.
