Surprisingly fast warranty claim 🤯
I have bought 2 of them . Unfortunately one became dead after one month of vigorous use . But I was surprised by Milton s coustomer service and warranty . Just in one call they took my kettle details and product code then within 7 days they sent an authorised mechanic to my home and repaired it with no extra charges . It's totally free .

Excellent
I’ve been using this Milton electric kettle for several months, and I’m quite satisfied with it. It boils water quickly and has been working perfectly so far. The 1.8L capacity is convenient for daily use, and the 360° rotating base makes it easy to handle. The stainless-steel build feels sturdy, and the auto shut-off and overheat protection are useful features. Overall, it’s a reliable kettle for regular everyday use. Value for money and easy to clean.

Unsuitable for most
I bought this electric kettle expecting basic safety features, but it did not automatically switch off when the water reached boiling. I filled it normally, turned it on, and it kept boiling until all the water evaporated and the kettle ran completely dry. This is a serious fire and burn hazard and not acceptable for a household appliance. The build quality is fine and it heats quickly. All of these don’t matter if the auto shut‑off or boil‑dry protection doesn’t work. I would not recommend this kettle to anyone, especially in homes with children or elderly people. I have stopped using it and am seeking a refund.

Dependable, Fast, and Built to Last! A True Kitchen Workhorse. (Best Kettle I've Used.)
"I have been using this Milton kettle daily for the past two months now, and it has performed absolutely flawlessly. The build quality is fantastic; the stainless steel construction feels premium and durable, which gives me great peace of mind when boiling water every day. What stands out most is the performance—it boils water incredibly fast, which is a huge time saver when making tea or coffee in the morning rush. I also really appreciate the safety features (like the automatic shut-off), knowing that I don't have to worry about leaving it on too long. The 1.2L capacity is perfect for our family size without feeling cumbersome. The key thing here is reliability. After two months of daily use, there has been zero performance dip, leaks, or malfunctions. If you are looking for an electric kettle that can handle real-life, everyday use and maintain its efficiency, I highly recommend this model. It's truly excellent value."
