Sturdy enough
Sturdy enough to hold tools but if you put a slight pressure, you might deform the tabs. It’s working fine so far. Took one star away because the holes were only 15-1/2” apart from each other so you can only put it through one stud.

Very strong, comes with mounting hardware
Basic metal power tool holder. Mounts to studs in wall or drywall with the included drywall anchors. I tested various sizes of power tools and most fit fine, but some bigger drills have to be placed in backwards if the chuck is too large. You can also hang them by the battery. I haven't found a took that won't fit yet, pretty much any L shaped battery operated tool will work. I was even able to fit a large 1/2" torque wrench and this mount handles the weight easily. The holder can also be mounted to a pegboard and you can screw through it or use a nut and bolt to secure it. I use metal pegboards so it was able to handle the weight easily. One small concern I have is with the edges of the slots. They aren't sharp but they do have an edge that can scratch up more delicate surfaces like hard plastic, mainly if you hang the tool upside down. Not a huge issue, but something to look for if you need your tools to be in perfect condition for some reason. All my tools are all beat up from use so it's not a big concern for me.The mount is somewhat plain, except for the brand name "Ztorq" cut out of the metal on the top edge of the mount. You could put a sticker over it if you don't want to see that branding, it's really not that noticeable if you mount the holder up high with tools in it.Overall, a pretty decent mount. I had my tools taking up valuable cabinet space so having them hanging up and easy to access has been an upgrade for me. I just have my 4 most commonly used tools in the holder, and the others are in my storage cabinet.

Requires additional screw in middle and still too flexible.
I have three different sets of impact and drills and wanted to organize them a bit. So, when this unit became available, I ordered it. Here is what i found:1. You would think that metal should be fairly stiff, but this unit is very flexible. Too flexible to hold any but the lightest drills and impact tools. If you add an additional screw in the middle of the unit, the unit does stiffen up a bit which helps a lot. However, the end slots still remain very springy.2. If you use your drills and impact units with light duty batteries, this works much better. The larger the battery, the more weight, the more springy this becomes. My skill drill really pushes the limit and so I put it in the inside which is less springy. My Bosh were too heavy and large and so I put them on a shelf next to the holder.I think if they would increase the gauge of the metal, it would be a much better tool holder. As it is, it works, but I would NOT recommend it.
