WANDRD PRVKE 21L, V3 Backpack: Weather-Resistant Travel & Camera Backpack with Laptop Sleeve, Quick Side Access, Clamshell Opening – Ideal Photography & Travel Bag

This review is for the PRVKE 21L with photography bundle Practically the perfect backpack - with several caveats Pros: + Clean, modern design and aesthetic + Back access opens up to the entire backpack including roll top area + Tons of extra pockets for storing smaller items (side access pocket contains smaller pockets for batteries; back flap for the rolltop area is also a secret pocket; three additional zipper pockets on the back access cover + Comfortable back and straps even under load + Roll top allows for dramatically increased storage + Durable, quality materials + Camera storage portion is very well cushioned, having multiple layers of protection due to the removable camera cube as well as the foam-lined walls of the backpack itself + Additional waist straps and tripod straps are included as well Cons: - Tan color has some blue-ish smudges at certain areas, most likely from rubbing against the various black straps around the exterior of the backpack - When worn, backpack tilts backwards, leading the bottom of the backpack to push against the bottom of the back a bit. I have had no issues with comfort so far, but the balance does feel off because of this - No direct access to rolltop area. There are two ways to access the rolltop portion of the backpack. 1) Unrolling the rolltop gives you access from above 2) Opening the back access and then unzipping the top flap gives you access to the bottom of the rolltop portion. Both methods are inconvenient since they both require multiple steps to open. The Besnfoto clone of this backpack makes an improvement by having a zipper on the exterior that opens into the rolltop portion - Aside from the item available through the side access pocket, gear is inaccessible except through the back access, which requires you to find a suitable area to set the backpack down. This is in stark contrast to some other popular camera backpacks such as the peak design everyday backpacks that allow for side access on both sides. Not only that, but peak design accomplishes this while still having a water bottle pocket on both sides of the backpack. (Prvrke has side access pocket on one side and water bottle pocket on the other) - Unfortunately, because of the ample cushioning of the camera cube, there actually isn’t that much space in the camera area. Here is what I can fit in there: Fujifilm XT4, Viltrox 75mm 1.2, Fujinon 18-55mm, Viltrox 13mm 1.4, and Sigma 30mm 1.4. If you need more storage, go with the 30L instead Overall, the best camera bag for my needs. While some other backpacks beat it out in specific categories, the PRVKE 21L exceeds expectations in nearly every major category, with excellent comfort, great expandable storage, aesthetic design, and variety of additional features.

The WANDRD PRVKE series of bags, which comes in 41L, 31L, 21L, and Lite sizes, is about as perfect as bag as I have found for my use case—a comfortable pack for traveling with both photographic and non-photographic gear. They are rugged and relatively secure against pickpockets while providing easy access to a camera and lenses without setting the bag down on the ground. I've owned four different versions of this bag and I love them all. The Lite is the most compact PRVKE but because the camera compartment is integrated into the bag rather than using a separate camera cube, it actually holds more camera gear than the larger 21L. (The 21L does offer more overall capacity.) The Lite does lack a few of the features (hidden passport pocket, size key compartment) that are found in the three larger models. These features were removed to reduce the pack's weight. I do miss them. I reach for the Lite over one of the larger models in situations where I want the smallest, lowest-profile pack possible and don't need to carry more than my R5 with attached lens and an extra lens. Maybe I carry a jacket and snacks in the upper compartment. The bag is perfect for this use case. I could carry a tablet or laptop in it, but I don't. For anything more than an 11-inch iPad Pro, I grab a larger PRVKE. It is worth noting that at the time of writing this review, WANDRD has announced a new generation of PRVKE packs. The Lite model is being replaced by a slightly heavier and more expensive 15L model. It is similar in size but heavier because it includes all the features of the larger bags as well as some other improvements. Unless the slight increase in weight or higher price are issues, I would choose the newer 15L model over the Lite. That said, I anticipate some great deals on the Lite while they are still available. Bottom line: These WANDER PRVKE packs are easy to recommend. They are certainly more comfortable than the Peak Design packs with similar capacities. If you're in the market, check them out. Five stars.

I’ve been using the Wandrd PRVKE 31L for a few months now, and it’s become my go to for everything from travel to photo shoots. The build quality is awesome! Tough materials, weatherproof zippers, and an overall premium feel. The layout is super smart. I love that I can attach the tech bags when I need extra space, and it easily fits my camera gear, laptop, and daily essentials. Overall, it’s one of those bags that just works. It looks great, feels durable, and makes life easier whether I’m flying or heading out on a shoot.

The functionality, design, and look of the bag is incredible! However, I would not recommend buying this bag or anything from the company. The materials and build of the bag are not great quality. After traveling with the bag for just four weeks the vinyl coating on the outside of the bag is starting to wear off. There’s also scuff marks from normal use while travel that look terrible. The lifetime warranty is a joke. The company does not honor their promise. Their response to me was “Here at WANDRD we love seeing your gear get used and seeing them get scuffed up! Every single scratch and every scuff from wear and tear is a story of an adventure.” The way I understand that is they hired a good PR company to come up with that message, and their are ignoring the many complaints and feedback they have received from customers about the build quality of their bags instead of standing behind their products. If it wasn’t for my interaction with their customer support, or for the issues with the quality of the bag materials, I would be giving this bag a 5 star review. It’s an excellent camera bag for travel, but it’s not worth the money given the quality issues.

Bello zaino molto curato nei dettagli e di ottima fattura. Peccato che sia arrivato senza l'essential camera cube e che il venditre non risponda alla mia segnalazione. NO BUONO!!!!!!

Lo zaino e fatto veramente bene, la qualità dei materiali e molto alta e ispira fiducia nella resistenza a lungo termine. C'è la garanzia a vita di Wanderd, però bisogna poi vedere come funziona e se funziona veramente, e che non sia solo una manovra di marketing. ⚠️LA PARTE INTERIORE (nel mio caso Pro deep cube) si COMPRA SEPARATAMENTE! ⚠️ Mi sono piaciuti i modelli di Wanderd perché sono fatti con lo stile minimalistico e anche perché non si capisce che dentro lo zaino c'è attrezzatura costosa, il che ve la può salvare dai ladri e rapinatori. Sempre della Wanderd Volevo prendere le 2 centure che si mettono sulla parte esterna dello zaino per trasportare il drone dove però le centure originali costano 45 euro... Fatto sta che ho ordinato quelli cinesi a 5 euro (non ci sono sulla foto). Per concludere: lo zaino e fantastico e molto piacevole da portare e usare, l'unica problema che costa un po troppo... :( Però se vi piace il la alta qualità, resistenza, design e la sicurezza in più che vida nei quartieri brutti. Allora ne vale la pena spendere una volta per lo zaino del genere.

Misleading description: It is NOT a PRVKE V4 15l but the old PRVKE lite!

I’ve travelled 3 weeks through Japan with one camera body, two lenses, a mini iPad, a bottle and other travel essentials. It’s the best camera bag I’ve ever had! Very versatile with a lot of space, but with a compact size. I’ve bought the extra waist straps. I highly recommend them to fix the bag better to your body and relieve the weight from your shoulders.

小さめで持ち出しやすいリュックをとあまり悪いレビューも見ない商品なので使ってみようと思いましたが、個人的には色々と使いにくい商品でした。 まずカメラ収納部の仕切りクッションが厚く想像よりも機材を納めにくい。 自分が想定したのはα7、24-70、70-200、あと20mmf1.8、これくらいなら収まるだろうと思いましたが...結構無理がある感じ。20mm諦めれば入るけど、31はなんとなく選びたくなかったし上の収納部分を使えば持ち出せるには持ち出せるのですが。 ただ全体的にやはり小さかった印象です。想像よりも小さく(狭く)納めにくかった。 あと素材ですが、やっぱり安っぽいかなぁ。傷が付いたときの剥がれも気になる。またユマタンは色写りも致命的らしく素材の強度、撥水性というより素材自体の特性として問題あるかなと。 値段もずいぶん上がってます。たぶんもう価格に見合う性能とは言いにくい気がします。 重さなどは仕方ないとは思うけどやはり重い。荷物の量によっては型崩れも酷い。なんか思ってた形と違ってカッコ悪くなるような... 嫌いではないんですが総合的に見て自分としてはあまり満足度は高くなかったので返品しました。 正直な評価は2、合う人もいると思うので甘めの3としました。 どうもキックスケーターから始まったブランドってデザインや機能性は中々の部分もあるのですが、ピークは変色やキズが致命的、ワンダードは素材の見直しをして欲しいなどやはり惜しい部分も目立ちます。 割高なのもありそれなら古参の信頼性の高いブランドにしようかと思いますがデザインはこっちがいいからなぁ... 現在リュック沼なので非常に残念でした。
