okay cloths line pulley tough to secure to anything though
Pulley is exactly as shown. No securing brackets are provided. Pin hole on lower end is just that a pin hole roughly 1/8 dia. you can not pass cord thru it. Past that its rust proof and does spin freely and easily

Good Buy
I've been telling my friends that the most exciting thing I've done this Covid summer is install a 40' two pulley outdoor clothesline. I started off with a pair of the $6 ea metal frame & white plastic wheel ones from Lowes. They were squeaking loudly after the third day and just looked cheap, not good. The Strata's are the way to go, you can spend a lot more on pulleys I see, maybe if you plan to use them for a zip line when your not drying clothes.

Yay! I have a clothesline! Sturdy and reliable pulley.
This is a very sturdy pulley for a clothesline. I think there are larger ones for heavier line, but we didn't need that. It has been outside in all weather in Kansas for 3 years now and not a bit of rust or breakage or sticking or any problems. Fantastic product!
