Product works fine but turns out to be very high cost after you pay the international carrier customs and duties fees. I got tricked by this being listed as PRIME but I will not get tricked again. Only order if you are in the USA.

thoroughly pissed at product
I purchase this item consistently and consistently it is defective. The ink is sometimes not working cause the ink is not on center. When this happens I receive an error message that the ink ribbon is broken when it is not, just off centered. The product should need no adjustments it should just work when I install it...So pissed of these production delays... Now I'm gonna have to wait until the replacement comes in
