Looks very nice. Good weight to it. Not flimsy, at all. Appears easy to install. Haven't installed it yet, my kitchen is STILL under construction.

This was the least worthwhile and most aggravating purchase! Looks beautiful but has been a hige headache! Started leaking after a few months (and no shut off valve). Customer service is almost non existent and it took months of persistence (and many soaked towels) to finally get a response from the company and a new piece. But only months later and we are dealing with the same issue. This time around their email account no longer works and the website is undergoing renovations.....In the future I would buy from a good American brand who can back their product

We had this pot filler installed in our new home in 2008. It has leaked from day one at the second valve and now at both joints. I wish I could find some way to stope the leaks but I cannot find a manual to get it apart. Poor quality product. Customer service was no help.

I purchased this on sale (through prime) and was pleasantly surprised at how heavy and well made this filler was made. Although it is Stainless Steel, it is brushed so it could easily go with brushed/satin nickel, etc. What I really love about this particular filler is that is has two valve handles to minimize the chance of accidently turning it on.

The customer service of Showerdoor Direct is sorely lacking. I purchased this faucet in January 2014 for $194. Three weeks later and no package I tried contacting them. Their 1-800 number goes in circles and hangs up on you. I involved amazon and they finally responded letting me know the item was out of stock and won't be available to April 4. But they can refund my money. I wanted the faucet so I decided to wait. April 4th comes and goes no faucet and no contact from them. I contact them again through Amazon and they said it is still out of stock for another 2 weeks (but again they can refund my money). The faucet show as "in stock" on Amazon for the new low low price of $320..imagine that. I believe they were trying to frustrate me into canceling my order so I would be forced to order it for this higher price. I never got my faucet. I have reported their deceitful tactics to Amazon. I would highly advise avoiding this dishonest company.

Arrived as promised within a few days. Very easy to install. A beautiful addition to our kitchen! Very happy we purchased it.

This pot filler leaked continuously after 1 day. I called the plumber to remove it after a week and returned it.

After 4 years of use, I can say: Not 1 drop that was not intended. Looks great Feels great Would recommend to anyone. Love it, would buy again.
