Diaphragm diameter: 51mmDear customer, please note that your membrane may differ in appearance. This is related to the year of manufacture of the part itself. In the early years of production, the pattern on the membrane was slightly different. But this does not affect the operation of the oil separator at all. The new membrane works great and you can easily install it. Our membrane was made from a new original part, therefore it meets the technical specifications. Please verify the part number on your vehicle before ordering.Diaphragm compatible with oil separators:*32140004 *31316184 *31430236 *31430923 *31670210 *32242753Repair Recommendations1. Carefully remove the cover that protects the membrane using a flat screwdriver or a utility knife;2. Remove the damaged (torn) membrane;3. Clean everything from oil and dirt;4. Install the new membrane. Do not forget about the spring and the insert under the spring (if provided by the design);5. Carefully snap the cover back into place. Make sure the membrane remains in its proper position and is not damaged by the cover during snapping. Review: Durable(Volvo 16’ XC90) - I was surprised it worked considering it wasn’t a Volvo manufactured piece for my 2016 XC90. Performed well above my expectations and lasted forever until I had to swap out the whole unit and not just the gasket. Lasted about 2-3.5 years till that event.
