Satisfactory product
One can spend a lot of time looking at reviews of kettles, but decided on this one.This Kenwwod model is a reliable make.It is nicely made. It is plastic but good quality.It has a window on both sides to show the water level.It sits firmly on its base and can rotate easily round 360 degrees.It is not wobbly. It is not noisy.It is not too heavy. It boils quickly. It has a pleasing design. The white version fits into our kitchen nicely.The handle is easy to hold.It pours without spilling.So far, so good! Nothing to dislike so far.

Sleek, silent and hot!
Quiet and aesthetically pleasing. Also holds 1.7 litres, which boils quietly.It has an LED bulb on the on switch.It also has a filter gauze, which I haven't used yet, but I intend to.Can't really fault it. A thumbs 👍🏼 up I would say.

Excellent kettle in all respects
The Kenwood Abbey Lux jug kettle is highly ergonomic and exactly what we needed after an old previous model began to have trouble with its switch contacts.This new kettle has improved the design, so I expect it will last at least as long.Sits easy in the hand, no taste, no smell, quick boil, easy fill, easy pour without any drips, easy-clean scale-filter. What more do we need?

Really nice copper-effect kettle.
It's so nice worth the money, bools quickly as well. Lip springs open to fill it up, hardly any sound from it.

Lovely, but...
Great looking kettle, unfortunately arrived with mould or rust all around the lid.Had to return it and buy another from a different retailer.New kettle is now in use and is great, quite quiet and reasonably quick.
