GREAT tasting, loads of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals. High sodium- best for high sweat days
This is actually fantastically good. I could tell the moment I opened the bag that this might actually be tasty- it smelled pleasant and chocolatey. I drink all sorts of sludge of varying tastes, so I have high tolerance for yuck. But this is actually really really good. YUM!! Chocolatey, sweet, balanced tasting. So good just blended with non dairy milk, or even better yet- blended with some banana or pumpkin. Tastes like a milk shake, tastes like something I could drink all day. I'm craving it as I write this. My enthusiasm is legit. That being said, it has 420 mg of sodium per serving. I normally scoff at such a high amount, but this shake (because it has loads of other stuff) is absolutely fantastic for replenishing electrolytes after a massively sweaty workout (or before) that I am craving this stuff. I play Supernatural on Oculus Quest 2, and my hair and clothes are drenched after each session. Just drinking water isn't enough. THIS helps. Also, because it just dawned on me as I write this that I have had Ladder products before in the form of their B08Q3JGCJX electrolyte mix (one that I found to be good at replacing electrolytes when legit low). So I guess this makes me a fan of Ladder products. Though this chocolate protein shake is phenomenally better and more exciting tasting.I also like that it isn't loaded with calories for the generous sized serving. It also has vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber. It is REALLY GOOD all around.I have had hundreds of protein powders and meal replacement drinks over the years, and while I have a few at the top of the list of what I really like, this is #1 for me. It is just perfection.Works out to $2.23 per serving, pricy for me (but I dont rate on price) and despite that I will likely buy this when the time comes.

Vegan, no added sugars, tastes good. Very expensive
Honestly, if this one wasn’t so expensive, I’d make it our regular protein powder. The hubs and I have been having protein shakes for lunch since he’s been working from home. Easy for me to make and helps him to snack less as the protein fills him up far more than the frozen pizzas and the like he was eating before. We’ve tried several powders and while I would put this in the top 5 or so, it’s also quite a bit spendier than many others we’ve tried. So if finances are an issue and you have a shake every day or have several family members who all do, the price difference will add up fast. That said, this one really does taste good, especially for no added sugar. It has a great amount of protein compared to some competitors. And the cost isn’t super high if you’re truly replacing a meal with it.

Great taste, too expensive
I used to subscribe to the Openfit protein powder, and got it for around $35 with the subscribe and save discount. I am 99% sure, based on the taste of this protein powder and the fact that the nutrition facts and ingredients list are EXACTLY the same as the previous Openfit protein powder, that these are the exact same formula. I am extremely disappointed that Openfit is claiming Lebron James and Arnold Schwarzenegger developed this, even though it appears to be the exact same product as the previous Openfit protein powder that is no longer sold, but for nearly 50% more money. Clearly rebranding was done in order to rip people off. I realize companies exist to make money, but this is ridiculous. I refuse to spend this much money on the product, and it's a shame, because the taste of it is the best I have found in a protein powder so far. If they bring back the old protein powder at the old price, I would buy it in an instant. If you want to spend an astronomical amount of money on a great tasting protein powder, this product is for you!

Overpriced and I don't like the taste
This really wasn't that impressive to me, mostly because of the taste and the higher price than other products. This tastes like chocolate with a hint of soap (or at least how I imagine that soap would taste), and that just kind of ruined it for me. The price is higher than other really good vegan nutrition shake mixes (even organic ones, which Ladder is not), so I don't really see the value here.

Tastes Good
This powder mixes well. It tastes pretty good even though there is the usual stevia aftertaste. It isn't chalky or grainy. The ingredients are unimpressive for the price. They are not organic or non-gmo. But it is palatable and not overly caloric.

Protein + Vitamins with a rich chocolatey experience.
Most impressed by the flavor with this protein product. After doing a back to back test with another vegan protein product (House of Athlete brand) thats very similar, I can see the advantage that the taste alone presents in a protein powder. Team up the fact that you get 20g of protein per serving (1 scoop), 7g of fiber, and a slew of daily vitamins (think most of the alphabet); All in a non grainy easy to mix chocolate flavor, thats a winner in every category. You can add it to water, milk, non-dairy beverage, yoghurt, and about any other cold liquid that you prefer, I mixed with 12oz of cold water in a shaker up, and 20 seconds later, you have a healthy, creamy, and smooth chocolate experience. Zero sugar is added so you can indulge after a workout, as a meal replacement, or in my case as a healthy, satisfying late night snack (instead of an unhealthy snack before bed). This product comes in at $2.33 a serving, so its not too bad compared to other products on the market. Found it to be very easy to blend by hand (just a shaker cup), very smooth, no clumping, and not grainy at all. You get a little froth from agitation, but thats to be expected. I was really blown away by the flavor ( I know i have mentioned it 3x now). A premium product for the sports nutrition perfectionist. Almost tastes too good to be healthy.
