I bought it particularly for use in hard water in East Anglia and it works like a charm. It cleanses well and keeps the hair frizz-free and soft. I didn't even use conditioner and still my hair feels straight and soft. It is a little expensive, but honestly worth the price. The smell is okay, nothing too fancy, and the consistency is fine.
