Taste comes through nicely. If you want to touch a garlic flavor you don't need much to get that subtle flavor. I found it worked good in making a ground lamb burger with salt and pepper mixed together with it all. Definitely not a cheap flavor garlic. It's real.

This garlic powder is everything! If you have never bought a REAL garlic powder you will be in for a treat with this one. It is very fine, an actual powder, but without all the fillers that most brands have, you realize that it’s ACTUALLY REAL GARLIC! You can smell the difference. The size is a great value because you much more than you do at the store, and because there is a larger quality, it will last a long time. It was so easy to open the bag and fill our little spice jars.

When they say powder they mean powder. It's not the garlic powder you get in stores, it's as fine as flour. Not as strong as a taste but works well all same.

Haven't cooked with it yet, but have noticed the texture is like flour, superfine. Not the granules U.S. supermarkets typically sell as garlic powder.

Galic powder good smell.

This a really fine powder. I guess we were using granulated garlic before. It seems ok but we think you get better aroma and flavor from the granulated garlic.
