Superfine, floury texture
Haven't cooked with it yet, but have noticed the texture is like flour, superfine. Not the granules U.S. supermarkets typically sell as garlic powder.

Taste is great — the powder is very very fine, which I was not expecting. I used way too much, by accident not realizing how fine this powder was! Overall good product, just beware that the texture is very fine!
