Very good organic garlic, buy with confidence!
Very fine powder with strong scent of ginger. Truly organic and adds a tasty flavor to your food while cooking. Can be added to most dishes with a few dashes. Like the bag but the seal is not the best seal. Some of the powder will escape the bag since it's so fine so be aware of that. Otherwise the garlic is very much worth buying over and over again.

Superfine, floury texture
Haven't cooked with it yet, but have noticed the texture is like flour, superfine. Not the granules U.S. supermarkets typically sell as garlic powder.

VERY FINE POWDER!!!
Product arrived in good condition. Flavor is good. My only issue is how fine the powder is. It's similar to powdered sugar. When I put this into a smaller jar it went everywhere. A simple breeze and this would be everywhere. I don't like the consistency but I have so much now I will deal with it.

Not good for sprinkling on pizzas or garlic breads.
Not what I was expecting. Texture is not like typical garlic powder I’m used to cooking with. This turns into a dust in the air when you open it or pour it. The texture is more like flour. I could not really sprinkle this on my pizza slices or garlic breads. It just turns into a light dusting on the pizza with little or no garlic flavor.
