Excellent build quality.
I have ordered 4 of the black faux leather serving trays during the past year. All have been very well packed to prevent shipping damage. The trays are sturdy and well made. The bottom of tray is covered in a felt material to protect the surface where you would set down the tray. I am very pleased with this product.

Super cute tray! It’s a nice faux leather and it’s very sturdy. I expected it to be damaged because the driver tossed it onto the porch. Packaging was dented but the tray was in good shape.
