Got the job done
Just what I needed to reach down through a subfloor. Very solid piece though and did not cut like regular PVC. The screw hole locations could have been better

"Extended length to reach riser below floor height" . This closet flange was chosen due to a very thick floor, 1 inch pine, 3/4 inch plywood, 1/2 inch backer board and tile. Is very well made and exactly what was needed.

Good for flange replacement
A product that helps for remodeling. I had to cut my flange off and this helped so i had a real pvc bond versus those rubber sealed flanges.
