Do all of the other figurines fit inside the trolley?

They can, but it's a little tricky. There is a notch on the bottom of each figure that fits onto a peg on the floor of the trolley. A child would have difficulty, but an adult can do it if he/she is patient.

Is the trolly made of plastic?

Yes, the trolley is made of plastic. It seems sturdy, but I can't really attest to it's durability because it's still in the box it came in - I am going to give it to my grandson for Christmas, so of course he hasn't played with it yet. It's smaller than I thought it was going to be (7.5" long and 3.5" wide, and open at the top), but think he will enjoy it anyway. It only comes with one character (Daniel), so you may want to order some extra characters. I got the package that has 5 of them, so he will have extra ones to play with. Hope this helps!

Why did the price increase from 14.99 to 64.99 in a matter of 2 weeks?!?

I don’t know but I sure wouldn’t pay more than $14.99 for a plastic trolley and a little “Daniel”!

Does the trolley only ding or also play the Daniel Tiger show theme song?
